Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@theoryofours.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Theory of Ours is not responsible for lost return shipments.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, you must first return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
