ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • A confirmation email with your order details will be sent after you place your order.
  • Another confirmation email tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We are happy to offer free shipping across Canada. For International customers, please checkout to review shipping rates and delivery estimates. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select International Countries. Please continue to checkout to check if we ship to your location.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient on delivery if not collected at checkout. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, and the order is returned to Theory of Ours, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred, including duty fees, will be deducted from the refund. If return fees exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

U.S Customers: Please note, as of August 2025, the United States eliminated the $800 duty-free threshold for all shipments. This means all packages, regardless of value, now require duties to be prepaid, and shipments must include proof of duty payment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If an international customer selects a shipping option that does not include tracking, Theory of Ours is unable to provide delivery updates, confirm delivery dates, or guarantee transit times. By selecting an untracked shipping method, the customer acknowledges and accepts that shipment progress cannot be monitored once the order has been dispatched. Theory of Ours is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or non-delivery of orders shipped via untracked services.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Theory of Ours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@theoryofours.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
